Whew! Coming out of one wild week and steaming into another! This Thursday, we'll be hosting the Friends of Bob presentation of Shinyribs. Led by The Gourds frontman Kevin "Shinyribs" Russell and drummer Keith Langford, this should prove to be another memorable Friends of Bob event. Early show time of 7:30. Friday evening, we'll welcome One Size Fits All for their monthly presentation of local improv comedy. Show time is 9 pm. On Saturday, our brewery staff will be up at the Lake County Fairgrounds for the annual Crown Beer Fest. We'll be pouring samples alongside another 30+ Indiana craft breweries. For tickets & complete details, www.crownbeerfest.com Later Saturday night, our 2nd floor stage will host the 3rd Annual Blitzkrieg Bash featuring Dan Vapid and the Cheats with The Gestalt, The Enders, Rad Example and Traveling, Broke and Out of Gas. Show time is 8 pm, and the $5 cover charge will be donated to Community Cancer Network.
Also, we just released the full details for our 20th Anniversary Homebrew Contest. The winning brewer will spend a day as part of our brewing team to craft their recipe on our 7 barrel system. Click here for entry form and complete details.

Currently on tap: East Side Bitter; Pipers' Pride Scottish Ale; Tippecanoe Common Ale; Eighty-Five American Ale; Black Angus Oatmeal Stout; Cluster Fuggles Pale Ale; High Water Pilsner; Oatis Brown; Vanilla Bean Oatis Brown and our latest specialty brew: Mozy Session Ale. Mozy is a hop-forward session ale that sparkles from a heavy handed addition of Mosaic hops to lend a bright, tropical hop fruitiness to the brew. Quite quaffable at 4.8% ABV and 42 IBU

Our Burger & Beer featured burger this week is the Steel City Burger- fresh Angus beef patty, crinkle-cut fries, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickle chips served on a split-top sourdough bun. Our weekend specials beginning on Thursday will include: Nacho Mamas- a platter of waffle fries topped with pulled pork, nacho cheese, jalapenos and pico de gallo; and Blackened Bluegill Po' Boy- blackened Indiana bluegill filets, remoulade, lettuce, tomato, onion & pickle on a toasted hoagie and served with our poblano coleslaw.
